Phillips screwdriver, socket wrench & new mounting plate (Please see FAQ “How do I order spare parts).

Step One
Loosen all 4 screws on the mounting plate by holding the nuts on the outside with a socket wrench and unscrewing the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Replace the defective plate with the new plate.
Follow the instructions in reverse order to finish the repair.
