How do I replace the extension handle on my trolley?

These instructions show how you can replace the extension handle on your trolley. They apply to the following VAUDE models: Tobago, Samoa & Tonga (all sizes).

Tools Needed & Replacement Parts:

Phillips screwdriver & new extension handle (Please see FAQ “how do I order spare parts”)

Step One

Open the zip inside the trolley to expose the handle.

Step Two

Unscrew the two screws in the lower section on the handle assembly using a Phillips screwdriver.

Step Three

Unscrew the 6 marked screws in the upper section using a Phillips screwdriver.

Step Four

After unscrewing all screws, it is easy to remove the entire handle assembly.

Follow the instructions in reverse order to finish the repair.


