Even if your dealer is some distance away, we request that you first try to contact them by email or telephone.

If you can’t get ahold of your dealer, then please contact us directly. Please let us know clearly why your dealer can’t help you.
Direct claims at the manufacturer have certain disadvantages and must be clearly justified.
